Donation Request Form
If your school, church, or organization is looking for a donation from World of Wonder, we kindly ask that you will out our online form. We support many different groups in the hopes of improving the lives of children and teachers.
To be eligible for our gift giving program, organizations must have a current tax exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or be a school.
We have a monthly allotment for donations and we will review the requests for all donations on the 30th of the month for the following month. All information must be completed in order to be considered. Schools and organizations that have purchased from us in the past and have a store account will receive a higher priority status on applications.
